Where to find inert rifle grenades?

I have two questions can I send them out of the U. S. A.? And can they be imported into Canada? What about repair parts? Tail fin with retainers, tube, head (M29 of course)? As an aside, I do have copies of the British Army manuals for launching grenades from the No. 4 and L1A1 rifles.

Gun shows. Maybe. Highly unlikely you'll find any in a retailers, but try the surplus shops. No repair parts you don't make yourself.
I think they're ITAR stuff too. Even blue training grenades. So no U.S. exports.
Rummage around here. Add the W's. .pmddtc.state.gov/regulations_laws/itar.html
No rifle fired parachute flare or smoke grenades. There's a single M19A1(M1 Rifle. 1955 vintage) Green Star Parachute Signal rifle grenade on Gunbroker at a 'Buy now' of $100US. No bids. No exports.
About $60US for an M31 Anti-Tank Rifle Grenade at one of the U.S. surplus sites. Have one of those. Regular .30-06 training blanks worked just fine, 30 years ago.
