OP, either EGW or Roedale Precision both have offerings, but fall outside your "in Canada" criteria unfortunately.

contact Stoeger last time i spoke with them they had them in stock you may need to deal with your local Tikka reseller but wont be hard to get.

As suggested I'd try Stoeger. I just bought a used 300 that came with one on it. I didn't think I'd like it much, but it definately feels better to me for easy operation. Seems to fit nice n tight as well. Plus who doesn't want a little more plastic on a T3
