Where to find Ruger factory barrel?? I need a Compact one..

Hi folks, is it possible to buy, somewhere, an original Ruger factory COMPACT barrel (16.2'' I think)? I post a WTB in exchange forum but it doesn't seem anyone want to part of it. So, maybe a source for an original one???
