I'm looking for Winchester silver box 7x57 145 PP, and 25-06 120 PEP ammo. I know Winchester does limited runs on less popular ammo, but it's been years since I've seen either of these on a store shelf. Anybody know who might have some in stock?

I was told by one feller I deal with that he use to bring in special order ammo for folks.
Then sum folks weren't good at picking up their chit leafing the dealer with it.
I'd find a dealer you care to do business with and see if they are willing to
bring in yer requested ammo and leaf a decent deposit oar paymint in full.
Mite take a bit oh time, but sumtimes payshints bee ah vertyou.

Trust be way awf Ol`Dino fur sum time now.

Cant recall the last time I saw some. As mentioned find a dealer who sells Winchester/Olin and order a few boxes. 7X57 is getting scarce on the ground, and the odds of just bumping into a specific load is pretty poor.

My guess is that 7mm Mauser has been relegated to the limited run category and therefore will only become available as a factory load every few years or longer at best. Reloading is the way to go.

I've been looking for some of the 7x57 145g PP for quite a while. My Mauser shoots it more accurately than anything else. I don't have much left and I ask for it every gun store I go into without any luck.

In Alberta it seems premium 7x57 is easier to find these days than most cheaper loads. I see only a few stores with cheap Fed or Remmy on the shelves, but not the Win stuff. I can find Nosler, Norma and RWS 7x57 more easily than any winchester 7X57

Yes, the premium stuff is out there, but unfortunately Winchester, Remington and Federal seem to have added their cup and core ammo to their limited run categories. I've always thought that 7x57 was one of the best all round cartridges going.
