Where to get .40S&W in GTA?

I've been shooting Win white box FMJs but I'm looking for cheap plated ammo for shooting silhouettes and for Hydrashock or something similarly mean. Any thoughts on where to get this in the GTA?

some are some aren't, i have seen bullets where it has a thin copper plating(no where as thick as the jacketed bullets)... also refered to as TMJ
 
I guess TMJ is the same as the WinClean BEBs? Thin plating is what I need for the indoor range at my club but I've had issues with WinClean 9mm in my CZ.
 
TMJ is Thin Metal Jacket (usually West Coast or Frontier)

The thicker plated totally encapsulated rounds are generally called CMJ (Complete Metal Jacket)
 
Cheapest ammo in the GTA is @ Giovanni's on Wilson and Dufferin.
Lebaron? pfff. went there today for their "special" on 9mm (9.95/50 or something like that). They tell me "maybe it will come in in 2 weeks or so". Screw them, AND screw that one guy who always walks in there and buys the whole stock when it's on sale.
It's Giovanni's for me.
 
Some of these definitions are a little confusing, but I'll keep my eye out for TMJs.

I've found Giovanni's to be consistently overpriced on almost everything, but I'll take your word for it and call them. Thanks.

He is very overpriced on his guns, but not bad on ammo. He sells a glock 17 fo 1000 + tax,a CZ75B for 750 + tax :mad:

Let us know how much he was over charging on ammo .
 
To be fair, I was referring to his gun prices so I can't comment on ammo prices. The only ammo I've bought from him in the last 10 years was some Federal .303 British, but I hadn't shopped around for it so I don't know if it was overpriced. I'll check it out.
