Everywhere in the US has ridiculous shipping for like 30 bucks in parts. Or if there shipping is reasonable they say they only ship international every few weeks.

Can they ship Conversion barrels ?

A barrel requires an export permit from the Department of State. They charge the registered exporter an extra fee for the permit, and the exporter has to recover that fee from the customer. Brownells will export the conversion barrel to you, but it'll cost you that extra (permit) amount.

You'll need an IIC from Global Affairs Canada (which is free of charge), a completed DSP-83 end-user form, a cover letter (that explains how the product will be used, and where), a completed paper order form, and the payment, including the cost of the export permit.
