I'll sell you mine.....hate it, cheaply made, #### trigger, groups like a shotgun for me.
I may give it one more chance at the range but so far I ain't impressed.
Is it one of the newer production ones? I've heard things about poor q.c. because of how they have ramped up production. sad to hear because I've had one on the wishlist for a while.I'll sell you mine.....hate it, cheaply made, #### trigger, groups like a shotgun for me.

I had one. Same experience for myself as well. I like Ruger and I bought it to replace an 89DC that shoots great but is a bit big and clunky. The SR9 felt good in my hand and I really wanted to like it but it just wasn't accurate no matter what I fed it. I wasn't impressed with its construction either. I ended up keeping the 89DC and selling the SR9.
Edit:
I remembered your review Nestor so I went back and read the thread again. Very nice detailed review. I'm glad you like your SR9. Thank you for taking the time to share that with us.
You posted this picture of some targets you shot at 7 yards (because the target retriever wouldn't go back farther)

I presume this is 8.5 X 11 paper. At 7 yards my SR9 targets were worse than that and my Ruger 89DC would be tighter.

At 7 yards I'm use to one ragged hole for groups. Those look like my 25yrd groups with my regular pistols. My SR9 shoots along those lines like yours which I find pretty piss poorJust not up to my standards. It's reliable and feels decent in the hand, but even for a duty pistol (opposed to a target pistol) that kind of accuracy isn't acceptable.
I don't see it on the website.
