Where to get a top handle for SKS?

I saw a pic of a SKS with a drum and bipod and a cool little handle on the top for carrying it around when bipod is open. Is it a homemade job or can you buy them somewhere?

If it's the picture I think you are referring too, then that is homemade.

If you have a long rail on your rifle you may be able to get an AR15 carry handle for it but it would look out of place

The handle looks like a BMX axel peg with some bent bar custom fitted and attached to it.

this is home made but try evil bay there are some rail mounted options there
