where to get a uscg/navy brake in canada thats not sold out??

Yes let us all know. Have you tried Brownell's, they have them in stock and it even comes with the tool.

Be careful - the Smith USCG/Navy brake does not come with the tool.

There is a Springfield brake that looks very similar to the Smith that does come with the tool but it is an entirely different animal.

I bought the Springfield brake for my Norc because I was disgusted with the machining on the flashhider when I got it. I was pleasantly suprosed by how well the braked worked. It was a nice setup. Makes me want to buy another...

Well update it was the Springfield brake and it's only $65 and they wouldn't ship it nor the castle nut or the screw, so much for the land of the free. A castle nut and hex screw are significant military equipment.

I got a castle nut and set screw shipped up here two weeks ago from Brownells. Maybe the FH got the whole order blocked?

Brownells won't ship the Muzzle brake. I tried ordering that kit with the brake and the pliers along with a new castle nut. They cancelled everything but the nut.
