Where to get Fortis Manufacturing RAP (Rail Attachment Point)?

I was looking a low profile QD rail mount socket and came across Fortis Manufacturing RAP (Rail Attachment Point).

Any Canadian dealers carry this?

I have used the Midwest Industries and Daniel Defense QD mounts , but I now only use the Gear Sector

They have anti rotation and fit perfecty flush with the Tango Down rail panels. I just think it looks cleaner as well.
