Where to get glock 19 slide

OK I was wondering then can I buy one from say Brownells and have it sent to my friends house in the states and then he mails it to me ... Does anyone think that is doable?
 
You can order the Lone Wolf Dist. Alpha Wolf slide or their blank slide through Questar.
Questar offers the slide component kits as well to complete the upper, less barrel. They do sell barrels as well.
Lone Wolf will also do custom machining of the slide if you would like.

There are various other site sponsors that can order Zev slides or other brands.

I am sure there are probably some legal ramifications of shipping to your friends and having him ship to you.
 
Bringing the slide into Canada shouldn't be a problem. Non-controlled item as far as I know. It's taking it outta the states that might be risky with ITAR, pretty sure a slide qualifies as a weapon part.
 
The first question is: why do you want a new slide?

Just to have a second one?

Or did something bad happen to the original?

If it's to replace a broken slide, Glock has REALLY good warranty policies. Some friends of mine just got their slides replaced for free when they broke. Another, who wasn't the original owner, got his slide replaced for a REALLY good price.....much cheaper than you could ever buy one anywhere else. If that's the case, PM me and I'll get you the email of the Glock Canada rep that they dealt with. The caveat being that you have to send the old slide in and you don't get it back. They're not a normally purchasable item from Glock.

If you lost it......well, I'm not sure how that would work with Glock.
