Where to get M14 Stocks now that we can't form the US...

Is Skullboy still selling these, either all done up or plain jane used brown USGI stocks? Not really looking for a wooden stock, so if anyone could point me to a source of USGI fibreglass stocks I would appreciate it.

Also, exactly what parts are usually requiring replacement on the norc rear iron sights? And where can these be bought? How do i know if they are garand sights or m14 sights?

As I understand it Garand sights and M14 sites are the same thing. They are interchangeable. You can probably get some sites from Districorp.

I don't think Skullboy has usgi stocks in yet. You would need to supply your own for him to paint. Your best bet...as I am finding out...is to have Questar or someone import one in for you. However, the import fee is $100 per item on a $40 stock But that is the only way now...unless some nutz are good enough to sell you one that is already in country.

finding usgi stocks is a pain in the butt....place a LF ad in the exchange forum and the best of luck to ya.

I belive most Garand sights are in yards, and most M14s are in meters if that helps

I still sell the M14 stocks, but only sell them painted.I am out right now, but I am waiting for another batch to arrive.

Garand sights are marked in yards.M14 sights are marked in meters.

BTW, I might know where there is a SAGE Chop Mod Stock for sale..........

Numrich will not sell M1A/M14 parts to us anymore without an import/export permit. This has been discussed several times before......
