Is there a web site that could tell me where and when are the classes to get my rpal.

There are local classes available in most places, and if you're close to a gunshop, no doubt they can tell you. But probably the first thing you ought to do is get in touch with Canada Firearms Centre (1-800-731-4000).

I tough that there was a list on a website somewhere.
