Where to get Ruger Scout XS sight full length rail?

Pretty sure I saw a guy on here who posted photos of his rifle with the full length picatinny rail on his Ruger GSR.

I can not find what I want in a Scout scope so I am opting for a 1-4x with a 308 ballistic reticle to be mounted in a more standard position.

Anybody know who carries them?
