Hi guys,
Am I the only one experiencing problems to find shotshells for sale?
Placed an order with Wholesale Sport online, called today just to find out that they're out of stock and can't even tell when iammo will be back...
Any advice where to shop online on GTA east?
Thanks.

I like to go to the actual store myself.

LeBaron in Markham
Most Canadian Tire stores I've been to
WalMart on hwy 48 near Stouffville
Target Sports in Gormley

Thanks, guys! LeBaron seems OK for me.

Upd: Got #4 buckshots from LeBaron at Saturday. They have Winchester ammo on 'special': 250 for $67 I think.

I also had an interesting conversation with employee of Local CT store:
- Do you carry any shotshells?
- What?!
- Shotshels... For target shooting, hunting?
- What is it?
- Ammo for shotgun?
- Ah... no we don't carry it in GTA.
- But why?
- You know... Decision was made not to carry ammo in GTA stores. People would buy it, then kill their friends or enemies... But you still can get in non-GTA CT stores.
- Very clever decision. Thanks for your time.

hi, i have no idea where orillia is relative to the GTA, but ellwood epps has the best selection of target, field and no tox loads i have seen.

Wow VAL C I thought our shotshell prices were high. Edmonton WSS carries Federal 2 3/4" at $49.99/250. Winchester 2 3/4" at $54.00 and Winchester AA's at $65.00. Local CT and Walmart stores have Federal and Winchester 100 round packs for around $23.00.

Not entirely true. Some stores in the GTA sell ammo some do not. One of the local stores went under new management and stopped selling it. When I asked why I was told "the new owner doen't want to carry it." The first thing that I said in response was "tell your boss he's a f*%king idiot." I guesss there were enough complaints because they now carry it again.

My local CT and Walmart both carry ammunition... the Walmart in the states is a heck of a lot cheaper though, and only a short drive away :p

You're right, the GTA stores I've been to stock it...
The Richmond Hill location at Yonge/19th stocks it and the Stouffville location just off Highway 48 too

Maybe the specific franchisee doesn't want to bother with licencing

"...Walmart in the States..." You can't legally buy or export ammo Stateside without their export permit.
"...no idea where Orillia is..." North about an hour and a half at the speed limit. Not that you're likely to care much. However, if you ever get this way, it's worth the drive just to see the place. You can visit the C.F.B. Borden Museum on a Sunday afternoon too. Tanks, artillery and small arms.
