Where to get springs for AR lower??

I should have watched a how to video first... I took apart my AR and ruined 3 small springs. From what I've read it is the buffer retainer spring and safety/select detent spring I will need. The third one goes from the grip up into the lower, not sure what this one is called. Wondering where I can get these for a Stag AR?
