where to get vzgrip?

Just ordered from brownells some vzgrips with other stuff to get the 10% discount. Ended up they removed the grips from my command and removed the 10% discount...

I know I can order directly from VZ but the shipping price is horrible... Is there a distributor in canada?

Yes Amazon.ca. I just ordered VZ grip screws Friday and got them Monday. Try to get the ones that ship direct from Amazon. You get them faster usually. Also tactical lights and laser sights are priced well on amazon. They also carry some HiViz and Truglo fiber optic sights.
 
If you call them directly you can get a much better price on shipping. I ended up getting my shipping costs refunded, but only because canada post shipped mine back to vz in Florida.
 
The first set of VZ Grip screws I ordered only had 3 screws in the bag. I called and they refunded me everything and sent me a new set with free shipping. It was very quick.
 
Order from them directly via the phone. They will ship to you via USPS in a padded envelope if you ask them. It takes a few weeks but at least you get to save some money. Too bad you didn't start this thread last week, they had 25% off everything for thanksgiving and 15% for cyber Monday. I find that they usually have specials every few months where they discount stuff.
 
Sorry if I am derailing the conversation a tad, but does anyone know a good alternative to VZ for 1911 grips?

I found a pair of raasco's I love (Charcoal Silvertone!) but they won't answer my emails about shipping to Canada. So I've been looking for alternatives for the last ~8 months without luck.

If u want custom grip look at larry davidson grip. Just tell him what you want and he will make it .. there is also 10-8 performance but they are made by vz grips
 
wish there will be a sale soon :( I need my hyena brown grip for my stainless 1911 :)

Anyone got the same grips on stainless gun? Show us your pics guys!

Raasco stopped shipping internationally a couple of years back. I still kick myself for not ordering a few pairs.

Some other places to look in the US are gungripsupply, eagle grips and ahrends and I recently stumbled across bullseye sports in London who seem to sell a few of the Altamont grips that gungripsupply sells.
