I seriously doubt you'll find those snap caps in Canada. Far too few Lapua magnums around. In any case, you don't need snap caps for any cf rifle.
"...eBay..." When you are guys going learn that E-Bay funds the people who think you should not be allowed to own any firearm. Use 'em for anything and so are you.

Not needed at all, snap caps are unnecessary in a centerfire. Dry fire does not hurt them at all.

Make your own.

Size and deprime the brass. Colour the brass black.

Press in the bullet - no powder.

Fill the primer pocket with glue from a hot glue gun.

Repeat as necessary.
