Is it just this red areas that seat? or the whole thing fit in a slot?
If it's just the red spots like a 10/22,pull the extractor and i'll whack 2-3 thou off with my fly cutter on the mill for you
I'd have to take the same amount off the firing pin as well to avoid any problems with it piercing the case nes pas?
I can guarantee the amount of metal taken off,but it's on you if that makes it slam fire
BTW i did this same thing to my 10/22 bolt,but i just filed it in a jig
