I actually live in surrey, but i'm looking for a place, time, and how much to get my PAL. I've heard its easiest to get your PAL and RPAL at the same time to save time, but i may be wrong. I have a brother who has been looking to get it too so it would be awesome to know.

Thanks!

Try SilverCore, they have a website, and unlike some others, they really teach the courses so you don't have to come back here to ask simple questions.
Get both at the same time to save your time and money.

Or you could go with the cheapest, and arguably the best in the LM and pm MikeK here on the boards. He will drive out to you, and you don't have to pay for the books. And you won't have to deal with an extremely massive douche like the recommendation of the previous poster, is.

Does he come on here often? i messaged him but got nothing back. I have quite a few guys interested in doing it if he wants to make it worth it.

Hi,
We have courses running every week.
We run night class from 6-10pm spread over 3 days and day classes during the week 9:30 – 5:00 over two days. As well as weekend courses from 9:30 – 5:00 Saturday and Sunday.
Feel free to look at our website silvercore.ca or give us a call at (604) 940-7785.
Sincerely,
Eric Beer

Silvercore is awesome, they let you handle and become comfortable with many different variations of guns and are also available for help with any question you have after your test.

Mike K is the best, he's flexible with time and scheduling whereas other institutions are not. His pricing is competitive, and a nice guy to boot! He came highly recommended to me from my good friends. If he's not in town, and your not in a hurry, I would wait..

I agree with having Mike K....very flexible and friendly.....I got another friend so he came to my house for a couple of nights (as I work days) and got us both our RPALs

I just took mine a few weekends ago at the DVC range in PoCo. It was taught by an awesome guy called Paul (independent of DVC), and cost $200 for non-restricted and restricted. Plus, it only took Saturday and Sunday. I realize from the posting dates that you may have already taken the course, but I figured I'd put this in here in case others have the same question.

Paul also said he offers additional training to anyone who is interested.
