Besides harassing the local moose, elk and deer populations, I've been asked to join a couple old friends for a horseback trip to the Muncho Lake area for Stone sheep and Caribou. Might just have to hang on to the moose tag too as last year they brought home a 63 1/2" moose Also, I'm making plans to try and get to Ontario for a whitetail hunt. I'd like to experience the comradeship that our Eastern members enjoy at their hunt camps

well i got a friend comming from england to do a deer/elk hunt up and around rockie mountain house Alberta and next summer I plan to hunt roe in Scotland and northern England cant wait, I plan to in the not so distant future do a hunt on a friends land in New Zealand, for fairley cheap under 3k and aswell i want to get to south Dakota and try a budget turkey hunt for around 1500 canadian,one more place i must hunt in the next few years is Newfoundland, and Southafrica
i dont care as much for the trophy its the experience and i will probably shoot more with my camera than my guns i just love the stalk and the outdoors thats my adiction besides a pint in good company and a rye on the rocks

Never shot big game before, and being a "newbie", thought it would be better to go out with someone who knows what they are doing

Wouldn't it be cool to wear lot's of bright Blaze Orange instead of the usual drab camo patterns we're used to seeing out here? I'd even add UV enhancers for the brightest possible DayGlow Just you wait until you guys see me gloating over my trophy 8 point buck (see, I already have the lingo down ) J/K

Deer see in a different colour spectrum than we do. Not quite black and white but more in muted colour.
