Which “black” lever gun?

Magpul strikes again. Although I think the likes of RPP and MWG makes some great products for lever-actions, Magpul's plastic fantastic is a compelling option that offers good value and function.

The Magpul buttstock with its internal storage/round carrier seems like a great choice for field use.

I just order the ELG handguard from Brownells for my S&W1854. At $59 us its a steal. Now I am just waiting for the stock in black to come back in stock.

People can be embarrassed or call down customized lever actions as much as they want, but whether they admit it or not, a tactical lever action can be a good hunting tool. Don't believe it? Watch brobee 223 youtube video where he shoots the elk at 311 yards with his space cowboy.......
