which 9mm ammo should i get?

I've had no issues with American Eagle or Blazers in my pistols. If you don't hand load (and can find it) there were aluminum cased Blazers for a few bucks a box less yet. Blazers were a little on the dirty side, but nothing Hoppe's can't take care of. Haven't tried Wolf out yet, but it sounds like it's decent stuff typically. Buy whatever's cheapest.
 
If you're in Quebec, Centaure in Laval is far and away your best bet.

You'd have to call them and see which dealer near you stocks their stuff. http://www.tradeexcanada.com/ is the only dealer I can recall who ships. You save the PST which is handy.

The 147 grain is the best of the batch. Super accurate in most good guns.
