I wanted on of both brand, shooting the Thureon changed my mind, i am getting another Thureon in 9mm or 40 s&w... JP.
Lots of people love the JR-Carbine.
Don't forget the new BSR-99 and also the TNW-Suami rifles, both in 9mm. Both available in Canada right now.
The Suomi rifles are not reliable.
I like the look of those. Are they non restricted or restricted ?

I'm in the same boat, trying to decide between at TD or JRC in 9mm. I'm leaning towards the JRC based on styling, and I'm not too concerned with the extra hassle in breaking down the rifle for cleaning... I am however very concerned with reliability.
I've read some bad reports about the JRC, have the FTF/FTE issues been solved? And if you had a JRC with problems, what was the customer service experience in having the problems rectified.
Beretta CX4 Storm would be a good option. Very reliable and a pleasure to shoot.

I just picked up my JRC 9mm in the mail this morning. The Glock mag is very stiff to load and will only take (9) rounds, however, I'm pleased with the condition on delivery. Looking forward to taking it out the next couple of days to try it out.
Wouldnt mind picking one of these up myself

You need to have the bolt open when you load the mag. The mags are pinned and have no give to them. I have a 37 round mag for mine Same problem. My suomi was the same at 5 rounds But i could mod the mag for 5.5 rounds The restriction sucks. The mags are pinned for exactly 10 rounds
