Stuck between 3 barrels for my SPR build.

Build will be used to go out to 500 yards. Only proper, heavyweight ammo will be used.

Not looking to clone. Just looking for accuracy.

Stuck between these 3, 18” barrels Rifle-Length barrels:

DD Mk12 1/7 twist
Faxon .223 wylde Heavy Fluted 1/8 twist 5R
MAPLE RIDGE ARMOURY MATCH NITRIDE 223 WYLDE BARREL 5R

Thoughts?

Are they all rifle length gas systems? does an 18 give enough dwell time for a rifle length gas system or do you need a midlength for more reliability?

The mk12 SPR has an 18" barrel with rifle length gas and cycles with an A1/A2 or carbine buffer system so I'm sure it will be fine if set up correctly.

If you are going to clone a mk12 I would go with the DD barrel as it's guaranteed to work with the OPS Inc brake & collar. I'm having ATRS custom make me a barrel as I'm doing a mk12 clone Modern Sporter
