I am torn between which one gets the nod. The Forest Camo laminate ("Classic" style) has forearm finger grooves, while the Blaze laminate ("Platinum" style) has proper checkering. Both feel good in my hands. My M77 action perfectly drops into the Forest Camo stock without resistance while I have to really push down to fit the action into the Blaze laminate stock. Both are free floating. The Forest Camo stock has proven to be a shooter, while I haven't yet tested with the Blaze laminate. I think I like the Blaze appearance a little better, but the Forest Camo is definitely a more practical colour in the field.

Blaze all the way. Will be easier to find should you ever have to set it down in the field. Don’t ask me how but people loose hunting rifles every year.
