Which Chiappa Lever?

An 1892 carbine or the take-down rifle in .327 Federal Magnum.
Bought the Trapper as the Alaskan was out of stock in the configuration I wanted for so long. Finally got my hands on one (SS, 16" in 357mag with the front rail).
They are nice rifles, smooth and the Alaskan ate everything I fed it yet, which was really not the case with my first 357mag lever (Citadel Levtac, big let down).
The newer SS Alaskan seem to all come with the combo Skinner/picatinny that can be seen on the blackout model even tho the Skinner only is shown at multiple dealers.

Neither, most are overpriced junk!..
Worst warranty issues of any large firearm manufacturer.......
When one thinks Italy, one would think quality, unfortunately not the case with Chiappa.
As a retired dealer, Chiappa was my worst headache for repair, replacement, and warranty.....

The carbine or the Trapper. I'd love it if someone would chamber one of the '92 repro's in .25-20.
