Which chokes for IPSC shotgun or 3-gun?

After hitting a couple of close no shoots at my last match, I am going to get my Mossberg fitted for screw in chokes. I don't really know which ones to get. I do know that I want the screw in extended chokes for ease of changing. I have seen that Light modified seems to be a popular choice but I expect that I'll need a couple more of them as well. Any suggestions?

Also does it matter if it's Rem choke, Win choke or Tru Choke?

As long as your gunsmith can tap for them you can use Rem, win, tru lock, whatever you like. When I had my mossberg 590 done, Casey at Tac Ord did them for Tru Chokes - they are reasonably priced and I picked up 3: cyl, ic, and m. These 3 have covered pretty much everything I've wanted them to since then.
 
Tac Ord seems to be the place to go. Extra full knocks down the steel with authority, but that should come as no surprise. :d
 
LM is what I tend to use the most. On a stage that has no no-shoot targets, fairly close, clay targets etc., I use IC or just open choke. I go to a IM choke for a stage that has a difficult or tight no-shoot target, so I can be a little more precise with shot placement.

Chokes will also really affect where your slugs go. Finding the best choke for your desired slug choice, takes some time to figure out.

Buckshot can really be tailored with your choke choice as well!

I mainly use a LM for pretty much everything but will switch it out to IM when there are tight no shoots. I also have a full for the matches in the states where once in awhile there will be a somewhat farther steel. I have yet to use the full though since I got it after realizing I needed it after my last match of the season. :p
 
Thanks everyone for the replies. Casey is my go to gunsmith so I will be taking it to him in the next week or so. I'm in no hurry so I've no problem with people getting ahead of me. I think I'll go LM and one tighter and one wider choke
 
Rifled chokes are meant for smooth bore barrels, that someone wants to shoot a sabotted slug out of, instead of buying a rifled barrel. Sabotted slugs are somewhat expensive, and really, slug shots at matches are rarely over 100 yards; I have never witnessed that myself. Typically a smooth bore gun with the right choke and brenneke type slug combo should be able to pattern on a 12"x12" target at 100 yards.

Also, if there was a stage that mixed slugs and birdshot, you would get some pretty interesting results with the shot and rifled choke combo.
 
You've gotten a lot of good feedback, just wanted to toss in my $0.02. I use; full, modified or improved cylinder. Mostly because those are the ones that came with my gun, but also each has a different use. I use modified probably 80% of the time. IC works well for my slugs and I'll use F if there's a REALLY difficult target on the stage. Else, I just use M and some Kentucky Windage.
