So for this Christmas I got a new set of reddinf dies, it I'd the three piece tungsten carbide set and I know there is a seating die, full length sizing die, and a neck sizing die but to me the two sizing dies look identical the only identification on the side is one has 1u and the either has 1w. They are for 30-06 if that's important.

If it is indeed a tungsten carbide set then it would be a "s" type of die! It may/ will not have the Carbide bushing inside the neck. You will have to determine the proper size and order one up. They are a very nice die .

One of the dies will be a neck sizing die (and de-priming) and it will need a bushing to resize the neck, One of the dies will be a seating die and the third is a body die for resizing the case and bumping the shoulders. If the seater has no micrometer, then the bushing die and seating die will be distinguished by the decapping rod.
