Which Frame is a 686-1?

Greetings everyone,

Which Frame is a 686-1? I am looking for a new set of grips and want to confirm the frame.

It's an L frame; and uses the same grips as the K frame does.

686 are all L frames

686 and 586 are L frames. People seem to forget that there is a blued version.

Well, most of the time. I have seen some grips that would not interchange. - dan

Your -1 will be a square butt frame, don't get grips made for a round butt model.
