Ruger sr9 is a nice small frame but it does have some weight to it and it can be hard to work the slide.
The m&p9 is nice and light and the slide does loosen up over time.
The sig 1911 is nice but it is a full sized frame.
I have all 3 and I would honestly say go for the ruger 22/45 lite. It über lite and shoots nice, plus its cheap to buy and cheap to run.
My wife prefer my old glock, just for weight I think, but she can barely work the slide.
Now, strange enough she really likes my ruger gp100. I think that I'd because its not too complicated and no slide, plus hogue grips really make a difference in comfort.
I put some hogue grips on my ruger 22/45 lite and my wife prefers it now.
