All depends what you wanna do .... Hunt or police applications...... Then what kinda toy you using ... Length of barrel. And the rate of twist in it ...I know the the 75 grain bthp in my sl-8 h&k work very nice

Either one will be fine. Both are dead accurate so as already has been said, you need to just figure out what your primary target will be.
