Which is better, Savage .308 or Tikka .308 (both are stainless steel)?

I looked at both and bought the Savage because I was replacing a BLR made in Belgium with the crappiest trigger and wood work you ever saw. I am not a subscriber to old world craftmanship as the Yanks can beat them every time. All joking aside I picked the Savage because of the accutrigger and the quality of the mag. compared to the Tikkas plastic overpriced one. That being said I have not been able to get the Savage groups much under 2" yet in spite of the beautiful trigger. Oh Yah I forgot I still have $150 (compared to Tikka) to find the right ammo.
