If you want practical, buy a 30-06. All the 3 cartridges you listed are more than needed for moose or smaller game and cost more and are harder to find.
Joe's corner store will not carry any of these cartridges. All of them are much more expensive than the normal 30-06, 270, and .308.
On the other hand, practical isn't much fun. Buy what you want and enjoy it. Ammo for all 3 will cost a bit more than the run of the mill stuff if you don't reload. After that there's not much difference.
