Which mount on a Swiss Arms Carbine?

I am adding a Schmidt & Bender Short dot to my Carbine, and wanted to know which Larue SPR Mount you use.

Would appreciate profile photos that show clearance of the rear sight block.

I have a short dot in a spr 1.5,from the top of the rail to the ajustment ring there is 5/8" clearance.

That answers my first question. Second question is, could you possibly post a pic or two in that configuration 999?

The only area where you run into clearance issues is the rear diopter sight. When the rotary drum is set so the notch is rearward (battle sights) the bell of the S&B will clear in a SPR 1.5 on a B&T rail. I have used both the 1.5 and the 1.93....both work well with a cheek piece installed.

I sold it....It was fun while it lasted. I've come full circle in my hunt for the perfect AR...back to a Colt/LMT that I'm building up now.

Got the scope mounted into a Larue SPR 1.5" mount

Here it is with one of my LE6920s. Yes, I am a big fan of Vickers slings.

As mentioned in other threads, the green is REALLY nice. Photos rarely do it sufficient justice...

And on my Kitchen floor...

The Scope clears the read drum without any significant fiddling at all.

Both Eye relief and comb height are acceptable to me.
