Which one should I choose for my Norinco M4?

I like the look of Vortex (2nd one) better but Medieval (1st one) it pretty useful :)

Depends what you want. Good muzzle brakes can be very pricey (battlecomp, triple tap ect) If you dont need a brake or any special performance, its up to looks really.

The A6 clob speaks of works great, and also the ATRS 15 one works good as well and looks good. Others such as the PWS Triad seem to work nicely as well.

The vortex works very well as a flash suppressor, not sure why you need a brake on a 223

1)Cosmetic.... a lot like putters;)

2) Ease of getting back on target faster....
I didn't really believe it, but the timer doesn't lie about how quickly you can
transition between targets with double taps.

For brake I'd recommend PWS FSC556, or lesser extent Vltor VC-1.

I've just ordered the PWS Triad from Questar so I'll see how it works compare to the 2 above.

The guy in the second video couldn't possibly be doing it right.

He isn't using that rediculous thumb over the top hold and he's not pretending to look around, without actually looking around, like the guy in the first video.

I'd love to see some side/by side comparison when you get the PWS. I've been toying with changing out the A2 flash hider on my 10.5 AR, but have no idea where I'd like to go lol.

The Triad will be less of a muzzle brake compare to the FSC556, which will be better for people (ie. the RO) standing next to me. It's also nearly half the price of the FSC. I expect it to perform similar to the VC-1 but I can't provide a fair side-by-side comparison since the VC-1 is on my 11.5" barrel vs the Triad which will go on a 16" barrel.

I vote for Vortex(#2)...but like you said, #1 may be useful (to pound meat?)

BWAHAHAHAAAAH !!! pound meat...good one...

still , i like the first one looks solid. you can never have enough sturdiness

as for the other one , you hit it against something , looks like it could bend the protruding pieces

i would go with the dlask one...its even better than your 2 choices...but probably more $$
