What I find really depressing is that Walther used to produce some of the (in my opinion) ###iest looking guns around. PPK? C'mon, that is a fine looking gun. And for 22lr, if you go back to the 1930's, the Walther Olympia Jaeger is a pretty good looking gun too.

The "modern ones" look like...I cannot use those words on this public forum. First time I saw an SP22 I threw up in my mouth a little.

I thought that the Neos had some major problems with it after it was initially released. Maybe my memory doesn't serve me correctly. Anyways, that's a double whammy in my book. My Browning Buckmark URX in stainless is nothing to look at either but at least it shoots very, very well. I love it. Cheap and fun.

Those Buckmark pistols are just about the ONLY ones from a major manufacturer that I haven't owned. I keep hearing how good they are for the money, I might just have to give one of them a whirl. My friend has one now that I think of it................might give his a whirl first!!!

I liked mine so much, I treated it to an upgrade and bought another!

While I'm not a fan of the "Buck Rogers" look of the Neos, the one I held in a gunstore felt, really, really good in my hand.

btw- look up the "Whitney Wolverine" to see where Beretta got it's inspiration from.

Art Deco.
