Which one of you bastards took all the pellets out of my shells?

Back to the skeet field with ya... What you do? Stop your swing? Lead too slow? Getting old?:D:p Too much beer & pizza?

I bet you forgot to shake the shells vigorously before loading and shooting them.

You have to get the pellets spinning inside the shell first, for best results.

Doesn't work, we tried this morning. Instead we only shot shells from the bottom of the box...they're the heavier ones. ;)

Na reloads... Probably gettin cheap on the shot... "One pellet is all ya need to kill these silly buggers!"
I got a progressive reloader & when I was 1st starting out I forgot to drop a wad in one of the shells that made it into the box... Pretty funny when I dropped a straight & had lead rolling out of my barrel... No this was not a ####ographic situation...

Low altitude, slow moving geese 4, Federal BlackCloud 0. :(

Had the same thing happen to me last Saturday morning. 2 low geese, Black Cloud BBB, and no geese. Gas money $10.00....shells $25.00.....gun $825.00....the look on my face when the geese kept flying......priceless!:D I think the geese in my area are wearing feather covered flack jackets.:bsFlag:

When you mentioned slow flying I knew right off where you messed up, These birds are big, and give the illusion that there slow:D but their trucking

Nope. Flying into a headwind, practically hanging in the sky above me. Damn near the same thing happened last Night. I managed to knock down two Mallards. First one came down like a brick. Second one left me cussing. A flock came in, again into the wind moving slow. Most were hens, the second last one was a drake. I came up, put my bead just in front and proceeded to miss. I fired the second shot and he did (I'm serious) three foward rolls as he came down, came out of the roll, opened his wings and glided straight down and to the left of the incoming wind. Once he picked up enough speed, he leveled off, meanwhile I'm now running towards him thinking he'll give up the ghost and I didn't want to lose him in the tall grass. Instead he started to flap and gain altitude, now out of range he flew off like nothing happened. I swear I just knocked the wind out of him. These are BlackCloud BB shot. I've had good luck with them, but bad luck, too. I never detected a softer report, but the wind was blowing pretty good in my ears. I figure there were some bad, soft loaded shells in that box. It looked like somthing you'd see in a cartoon, no word of a lie!
