Reminds me of when I used to goose hunt...Buddy of mine was always borrowing ammo so I made up some special loads for him. Geese were coming in really hot and he asked for some ammo...i tossed him a couple and told him thet were hot so watch out..He racked thru 2 rounds and it looked like a wedding in the field. I filled up afew rounds full of confetti just for him

I was shooting geese and he was making it look very pretty out in the field...ya I am a #######.....

When I read the thread title I was thinking how funny it would be to fill some hunting buddy's shells with confetti... awesome!

So i wont say any thing about taking a .458 case.punching it in to a piece of card board to make a wad...place this above 40 grains or so of IMR 4198...above this fill it full of 7/1/2 shot....comes out to be about 500 grains....an you have a .458 shotgun...only good on mice at about 15 feet or so....

doesnt work real good on 11'000 pound elephants...
