Which one will never be sold.

when I bought my first rifle. A Sako 75 STW!

You didn't buy that rifle from Russels did ya? That story sounds familiar.

Hopefully the itch to sell my 7-08AI never catches up to me.......

I'd like to keep it for a long time and add another Ackley to the collection, but that itch always comes and goes to find something newer!!

I know this great .284 that you may or may not have said that about once......................................................................................
In fact I may just have a picture of it here.....

I would sell any one of my guns for the right price, with the exception of my glock. I spent many years wanting a glock and now that I have one, I am never getting rid of it.

The one that I can't see myself getting rid of is the 10/22 that my parents gave me for Christmas when I was 14 back in 1980. My mom's been dead for 15 years and my dad is getting up there in age, so it has quite a bit of sentimental value, not to mention a lot of good memories over the years. It's stone stock, no modifications at all. Took her out yesterday for my first gopher of the year...

I would have to say my Rem.Classic 375 H+H, It has a H+S Stock,1.5x5x20 VX111 -Quick release rings, Factory open sight's.I have got everything for it off CGN, Over time I have taken it to Alaska for Mountian Grizzly(Talkeena Mtns) Alaskan Pennisula for Brown Bear,Yukon for Moose.
It has never let me down.It is the 1 rifle I pick up and hate to put down.

For me the only one I will never get rid of is the 6.5X55 Mauser my dad gave me a few years ago. It was his rifle for years, custom stock and nicely sporterized. I hunted with it once and took my nicest whitetail to date with it.

I have two; both Model 94 carbines. My Dad left me one. It's one step above scrap metal, but I expect to get it to shoot one day. The other is very nice, left to me by my uncle. All the others can go if there's a reason.

My grandfathers, savage 99 he left me..

All other guns just go bang, but this one is special, 3 generations of hunting, and all 3 have shot deer on teh same watch, with the same rifle, and same box of shells. I still have the box of ammo minus 5-6 rounds.

Nobody ever gave me a gun, so I have no heirlooms. And I suppose while everything is for sale to a point, I would like to hang on to my little Browning .22 lever. It's the kind of gun a man would like to pass down to his children and perhaps start a tradition like that.

Probably my Remington 700 BDL SS in 280 Remington.

Mainly because it was obtained under false pretenses. My wife still thinks it was given to me when I actually bought it for myself and was presented the box as a parting gift.

And the Remington 700 Sendero SFII in 300 Win Mag.

Garand I rebuilt... turns out to be my dads favorite gun to shoot... Ill never give it up..

Well, I think I'll follow my father in laws advice - Never sell a gun. You'll regret it one day.

As it stands, all of my guns have some special meaning (first gun, old relatives hand me down, shot my first deer with it, wife bought it for me....etc etc etc)
