If you don't have a PAID membership with photobucket, you can't post third party pictures to another site. They no longer allow it, yet they want to hold your pictures hostage for around $400 a year in dues. Just use another site that is still free such as IMGUR etc. Phuck photocrapbucket

You have listed them in order of price i think. Personally i would rate the tikka above the savage. I would also not put new browning in the same esteem as old browning. just my personal opinion. I would choose the Tikka. I dont know enough about new CZ sporting rifles to give you an opinion.
CZ 557 I concur awaiting mine from Wolverines next shipment.
Get the 550 if you want but for the same price essentially you get a rail and sights plus I think a slightly heavier stock with the 557
