Unless your mailman opens your packages; I think you should worry more so about what the seller thinks you are doing with it.

I'm assuming you are asking about the electronic dispensers? My chargemaster is a bit loud, but it isn't going to keep kids up. Shut the beeper off. I find that the sound grates on my nerves but doesn't bother anyone else. Part of that may be the sound gets associated with waiting, and with 90 plus grain charges there's lots of waiting.

yes i mean the electric ones & good thing i load pistol, i hate waiting too & 90gr charges would drive me nuts too lol
I have the Lyman Gen 5 electronic dispenser. I really do not have anything to compare it to besides my manual thrower. The motor has hum when it is dispensing powder and the beep indicating the load is complete is low (if I have the TV on in the garage while loading I will generally not hear the beep). There are a couple of videos on Youtube on it as well.
