Which Production Division Pistol Is Doing The Best At IPSC Over The Last Few Years?

Hi,

Are there posted international results for the firearms used by the top ten finalists for the Production Division pistols at IPSC? If so, please provide the link! I tried a google search but not much came up!

FYI - Production was won with a Glock 17, 2nd - Beretta 92 Elite II, 3rd - Cz sp-o1 Shadow. 10 x Shadows in the Top 20.

Googled that. Not sure if the 10 CZ's are correct...

So the top 47% were shooting something other than CZ's? Not a very useful stat.

Thank you that was interesting. I notice 64% are using Blade Tech holsters!! Any idea which Blade Tech holster(s) they are using in the Production Division Pistol?

well the results you get are kind of misleading. as the top finishers will be there regarless of what gun they use. you're better off trying differnt guns for yourself and using the one you prefer. just because a gun is the most popular or used by so&so doesn't mean its the best gun for you to use.

the CZ shadow or Glock or Tanfoglio stock2/3 will serve you well. Glocks are the cheapest, and flooded into the market. Same with Shadows....tanfoglio's are higher $ value,...but it is really up to you on how much you want to spend. FOr holsters, I would say bladetech doh would be a good choice..or even better, a ghost stinger.

I shoot a tanfoglio stock 2 and I am never a top ten finalist. Must be something wrong with the gun.

Which Shadow would you suggest? I see on their site that they have 9 models. Which of the Shadows are ok for Prod Div?
