APS Underwater gun, I can't even understand how the magazine works.
Since it's underwater, an "ordinary" one would be the VSS Vintorez, for some reason historically no one has done silenced better than the Russians. From cartridges that propel the bullet via a piston to reduce noise, to the only silenceable revolver ever they have the area covered, to the only integrally silenced sniper rifle using specialty subsonic ammo.
Pushing a 400grain 9mm at just slower than the speed of sound while retaining the ability to penetrate 10mm of steel is damn crazy and as much potential for evil as can be.

Uncommon, but with a standard 5 round magazine and a 47inch barrel, these are fortunately still non-restricted sporting rifles in Canada.
