Which rifle is uglier

710. The Stevens isn't quite THAT fugly, and of course it performs better, thus allowing it to look better in my eyes :)
 
I've seen better looking Piles of Bear Crap then either.........:runaway:

I don't know what the 710 looks like,:confused: by the sounds of things that is probably good. But, I really don't give a sh*t for "man that's a purdy gun you have there" whilst "man that was a great shot" is music to my ears. The Stevens 200 may be ugly, but do they ever shoot well.
 
Ugly Guns

I would have to say that the Rem 710 is tops on the UGLY list. If I only had one choice, I would go with the Stevens if it has a Savage 110 action. I would rather go with the Remingtons in the 700 class if I could afford it even if I had to take out a loan.
I have had two 710's and they were good guns but I can't stand the grey stock and plastic trigger guard. The 710 is one tough mother I saw one a few weeks ago that survived a blow up. The dumb bugger put a 308 in a 270 and fired it. The shooter didn't get hurt but the locking lugs of the bolt were welded to the barrel. The gunsmith had to cut the receiver and bolt in two to get into the barrel, and find out what caused the malfunction. If it was a regular rifle the barrel could be unscrewed from the receiver.
I hope the guy goes to church, he probably won't be that lucky the second time.
