which scope base?

I'm in the market for a one piece scope base for a Rem 700 S/A. I'm looking at Ken Farrell, USO and NearMfg. Farrell is cheapest, then USO but I also like the idea of buying Canadian built. Is there any advantage one has over the other?

Near stuff is absolutely top drawer. I have installed a few sets and the workmanship is awesome. I think ATRS makes one too.

Thanks, didn't see the ATRS one. So let's throw that in the mix too then as it's priced about the same as Near.

Our stainless steel rails are $175.00 as posted on our website.
The USO rails are made of 6061 aluminum, the Farrel bases are decent but very high so can create mounting issues.
