Which scope is better?

Well I have 3 of the Kaspa 3-9x40, two have the ballistic reticle. Glass is clear on all 4, two are on 308s, one on 22. No issues with mine. Good inexpensive hunting scope and better than any Bushnell and Tasco etc in that price range. The adjustments are good, not $500 scope good but they hold. Might have to do 1.5 MOA when you figure you need 1.3 MOA for adjustments but good for minute of deer kill zone.

But most importantly, let your eye be the final judge. Have a look at both.

I'm not sure how good that Nikon is, but Nikon optics are good quality. I like old steel made in U.S.A. Weavers and the current production Classic K and V models very much but I wouldn't buy a Kaspa.

:agree: The Kaspa is Weavers bargain basement scope built to address this price point.

I have had very good results with the Weaver T & V series of scopes.
