Which scope should choose out of these ???

Optics from the US

I have purchased many optics from the US, including ebay and customs always lets them through, after they charge taxes of course. I have a Elite 3200 and a Burris Fullfield ll, both are excellent scopes.
 
Well I can do it and the guy is offering to send it as a gift and it's only $260 US so around $295 Canadian and I would get a VX-II but I dunno if it's worth it because as the mods try to tell everybody, that it's illegal.

I will just help support an Ontario store even thought I wanna get it from the states.
