Which should I keep and why?

You're honestly not gonna get a lot of coin from either of those rifles. Thanks to the SPS there's a new (low) bottom in the used 700 market, and T3s... well, they're already cheap. If you like these rifles at all, my advice is to keep them.

As for the AR... every time I get the urge, I try to remember that no matter how awesome it is, at the end of the day I'll either have a military rifle that I will never use in combat, or a varmint rifle that I'm not legally allowed to use on varmints. Neither option appeals to me, so I'm still AR-free.

What you say is spot on and even though here in the States I can use and shoot my Colt Sporter anytime I wish,my Rem 700 in .223 scoped will out shoot it!

I just keep it around because it's a pre-ban ,and whom knows what new laws will make it as useless as yours has become.

I repeat what somebody here said .375H&H down-load and roll with it!
