I'm looking at installing a Geissele trigger in one of my AR's - either my NEA 10.5 or my DDM4V7 both of which I use for "fun" shooting (tactical / 3 gun idea).

I'm not sure if I shout go with the Super Semi-Automatic the SSA Enhanced or the Dynamic. I'm leaning towards the SSA, but would appreciate comments from those who have used them please.

TIA

The S3G is a fantastic trigger for 3gun. If you were closer I'd offer you to give mine a try. Triggers are the kind of thing that it is helpful to try before you buy.

Don't buy that! The trigger is evil! It's almost impossible to resist pulling it again even before you get the reticle back on target! Your bank account will hate you if you get one of those! I love mine :D Arms East offers kickass pricing on those btw

I own a Geissele Tricon (SSA), a SD-E and I install a SD3G for my shooting buddy that I use often. Here's my personal opinion.

Tricon (SSA): Perfect all around trigger to replace the Mil-Spec one. I love the trigger pull weight and the clean 2 stages.

SD-E: Same as the SSA but with a lighter trigger pull. I install mine in my "Precision" AR

SD3G : Wow just wow, if you want a trigger for fast follow up shot that's the one. The reset is extremely short, feel more like a single stage. Out of the 3 that's the one I "like the least" because of MY style of shooting. But if you shoot 3 guns or like to blast ammo super fast downrange you will love it!

I just put an SSA-E in my DD MK18, feels fantastic even thou I dont have much experience. Its 2 stage but its so smooth it almost feels like one

Little more expensive from what i see they are $20 more for the trigger I just bought, I paid $280 they are selling for $300

I have a timney 667 on my colt, absolutely love that trigger, 3lbs.

triggers are like underwear, everyone has their unique preferences and there is no wrong answer.

I'm sorry but who in this world had 33 minutes to watch that?

Dude, if you're looking for a Geissele trigger, watch the video...you won't be disappointed that you did. If you want to know exactly what each of Bill Geissele's triggers do and what they are intended for, why wouldn't you want to hear it from the man who's name is on the trigger???

I have an SSA-E on my gun and love it. That said; I tried all of the available options at the SHOT show (hyperfire, Geisselle, Chip McCormic, Timney etc) and was impressed with all of them ! I will be buying whatever I can get the best price on next time as I honestly thought they were all great.
